About the artist
Dalex, born Pedro David Daleccio Torres, is an American singer and songwriter originally from Philadelphia and raised in Puerto Rico. He began his music career as part of the duo Jayma & Dalex, and launched his solo journey in 2017 after signing with Rich Music. His debut single “Puesto Pal Millón” paved the way for a string of hits that established him in the Latin urban scene.
In 2019, he released his first solo album Climaxxx, featuring collaborations with Nicky Jam, Sech, and Justin Quiles — earning Platinum certification from the RIAA. His 2021 album Unisex included guest appearances from Rauw Alejandro and Zion & Lennox. In 2023, he dropped the EP Reggaetón Sex, paying homage to early 2000s reggaetón with tracks like “El DJ” featuring Trebol Clan and DJ Joe. Known for his smooth, melodic style, Dalex continues to push Latin urban music forward.
